$70.00 (Religious $35.00) to District

St., Bethalto, II. 62010. Make checks payable to Master of the Fourth
Degree Southern District. One banquet ticket is included in the
candidate's application fee. Fourth degree Requirements: Must be a current
3rd Degree Knight. Must be a 1st
Degree Knight for six months (this is a waiver of
the one year rule)

Bring your regalia so you can
participate in our honor guard. Dress code for the day: Tuxedo with
white collared shirt. Military personnel may wear their uniform.
Religious may wear their religious attire.
